Amy's most recent role is VP of Operations for a large, for-profit SUD provider in the Midwest.

Dave began his career as chief resident at Tulane University Medical Center where he was responsible for the busiest psychiatric emergency room in the U.S. In his 10 years of practice, he has established himself as a thought leader in the treatment of patients with mental health and SUD co-presence through cutting edge treatment such as intramuscular ketamine. Dave is currently serving as CMO for a large behavioral health center in the West.
